ABOUT PASTOR KD
Reverend Keshia L. Dixon, affectionately known as Pastor KD, serves as the Online Campus Pastor at First Baptist Church of Glenarden International, where she leads a thriving digital ministry that connects and disciples a global congregation. She oversees social media engagement that reaches over 2 million monthly visitors across all 50 U.S. states and more than 170 countries, while also shepherding a dedicated online campus of over 2,000 members. In this role, she leads a diverse team of over 300 volunteers, ranging in age from 12 to 84, who serve from locations around the world.
Since entering full-time ministry in 2013, she has held key leadership roles, including Director of Discipleship and Multiplication at Zion Baptist Church and Pastor of Small Groups and Development at Bible-Based Fellowship Church. Before ministry, she spent 14 years as a public high school English teacher and nonprofit program coordinator. Academically, she holds a B.A. in English from Morgan State University, two master’s degrees in English Education and Ministry, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, with plans to pursue a Doctorate in Christian Leadership with an emphasis in Digital Discipleship. A sought-after speaker and consultant, Pastor KD is also the author of the devotionals One Day Closer and the upcoming One Prayer Closer, equipping believers to grow in faith and community.
Pastor KD is a proud HBCU graduate, having earned her undergraduate degree in English from Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD. She also has graduate degrees in Education and Organizational Leadership.
